Finishers  Presentations 

All presentations will take place at 12.00pm Sunday 12 Sept in the Brisbane Botanic Gardens

 

Start/Finish and Transition Point 

Brisbane Botanic Gardens –  147 Alice Street, Brisbane.   Palm Circle Area 

 

Bag Drop

Whilst we have a bag drop area where you can keep your belongings, security of personal belongings is your own responsibility.

Timing

All Individual Runners and Teams will have their time recorded. We will not record individual splits for participants running in a team. Only the teams total result will be recorded.
VIEW PREVIOUS EVENT TIMINGS

Race results 

Results will be updated live throughout the day and final results will be submitted to the Australian Ultra Runners Association for any AURA registered ultra runners.

Prizes

Each Female and Male of Individual event receive a prize for first place  as well as first prize for Team events – Enduro and 10Km Corporate Challenge .  (will display full list of prizes shortly)  Plus we will have random prizes on the day!  

Finisher Medals

Every participant receives a finishers medal plus goodies in your race pack from our sponsors. 

Our Medals partner, Medals Australia will be there on the day ready to personalise your bling. Only $5 for distance and time. 

Race Bibs

Runners must have their race bibs visible at all times.  

Authority

Always listen and respect volunteers and marshals. Decision by the Event organiser or Race Director is final.

Acts of God

The Event Organiser and Race Director maintain the right to cancel, postpone or stop the event at any time should weather conditions become dangerous. In any such event no refunds will be offered.

Masseurs – 

We will have professional Masseurs provided by fisiocrem who volunteer their time across the course of the day. 7am-12.30pm 

QLD  Health check in  required.  

 

First Aid

We will have personnel qualified in first aid on the course. All water stations have communications back to the main waiting area. In the event of an injury sustained and depending on the nature of the injury you will either remain in situ or make your way back to the nearest water station. We will assess the injury and coordinate first aid and/or medical evacuations if required. There is vehicle access to most of the course. A hospital is located within 10km.
