As we are a charity event serving the local community, please understand that once an entry has been accepted we are not in a position to provide a refund should you choose to withdraw from the event or if the event is cancelled for reasons beyond our control.
Is it possible to obtain a refund if the event is cancelled?
As per our Refund Policy, if our event can not proceed due to reasons outside of our control, all entries will be deferred to an alternate future date (same year) or 2022 River Run 100.
What if the future date this year is not suitable to me?
Participants who registered prior to the proposed date change can apply for a refund or deferment to 2022 one week after announcement is made.
